1. Manual order workflow
Enquiries and orders are handled manually through our Outlook business mailbox. This site has no remote order form, account system, CRM or checkout database. Payment instructions are provided only after written scope confirmation.
2. Information we use
We use the minimum business contact, sourcing brief, order, payment reference, delivery and correction information needed to perform the order. We do not collect full card numbers, bank account numbers or government identity numbers on this site.
3. Purposes
We use the information to confirm and deliver orders, keep payment and accounting records, handle corrections, refunds and disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not profile buyers for advertising or sell private briefs or contact details.
4. Sharing
Information may be handled by Microsoft as our email provider, the payment provider identified in an accepted order, professional advisers and authorities where necessary. A structured requirement is shared with a supplier only where the order permits and the buyer separately approves.
5. Location and retention
The service is run by a Chinese operator. Records may be processed in China and regions where Microsoft or the accepted payment provider operates. We retain records only as long as needed for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, legal duties and disputes.
6. Site behaviour
The site uses no analytics, tracking pixels, remote form submission or fingerprinting. It reads the browser language locally to choose English or Chinese and stores only a visitor's manual language choice in local browser storage. It does not use IP geolocation. Clicking an email link opens your email application; information is sent only if you choose to send the message.
7. Access, correction and deletion
You may ask us in writing to access, correct or delete personal data. Records required by law, tax rules, payment-provider rules or an open dispute may be retained, and we will explain that limit.
