Refund Policy
Before work starts
You may cancel for a full refund before we begin candidate research or process buyer-provided source material.
After work starts
If you cancel after work starts, we identify the completed and undelivered portions. Where permitted by law and the accepted order, we refund the undelivered portion.
If BriefToSource cannot deliver
We refund the undelivered portion. If no usable work can be delivered, we issue a full refund.
After delivery
We do not refund solely because you decide not to visit, contact or purchase from a candidate. Material factual or scope-conforming errors reported within seven days receive one reasonable correction round.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payment method and payer. We do not redirect them to another account, wallet, supplier or third party.
Requesting a refund
Email the order number, payer name and reason. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or identity documents.
