Free Mission Card example · not the full paid plan

Bathroom hardware mission card.

A worked example of how one broad sourcing request becomes a sequence of decisions for the show floor. The paid plan adds scoped candidate research, priority reasons and source evidence.

01

Must pass

  • Main body is declared 304 stainless steel; evidence source is recorded.
  • Finish system is suitable for humid bathroom use and can be explained by the supplier.
  • Retail-ready packaging can pass a basic drop-test discussion before sampling.
02

Stop early if

  • No material declaration is available for the quoted model.
  • MOQ is above the buyer’s agreed test-order ceiling.
  • The exhibitor cannot separate verified facts from future capability claims.
03

Questions that change the decision

  • Which document supports the 304 stainless claim for this exact SKU?
  • What changes between the sample finish and repeat production batches?
  • Show the standard export carton and explain how breakage or scratching is controlled.
04

Evidence to bring back

  • Photo of the model, booth identity and quoted specification on the same note.
  • Material or test document with issuer, date and exact product scope visible.
  • MOQ, lead time, packaging status and every unresolved claim marked as unknown.
KNOWN

The buyer’s criteria, test-order ceiling and target-market requirements.

CLAIM

What an exhibitor says, kept separate until supporting evidence is reviewed.

UNKNOWN

Anything not evidenced on the day remains explicitly unresolved.
